CHALLENGE
The Challenge
The kebab house was popular with locals but had no online presence beyond delivery app listings. They had no brand identity, no website, and no way to promote their full menu, catering services, or halal certification to a wider audience.
They were paying commission to delivery apps but had no owned digital presence.
Their full menu (20+ pizza varieties, charcoal chicken, kebabs, HSPs, burgers) was not visible online outside of delivery app listings.
Catering services were unknown to most potential customers because there was no way to discover them.
Competing kebab shops in the area with websites were ranking in local search results.

What We Deliver
01
Brand Identity
We created a warm, appetising brand using gold, brown, and black tones. The circular badge logo and Bebas Neue header font give the brand a bold, street-food personality. The colour palette reflects the charcoal cooking and warm spices that define their food.
Website Design & Development
We built a full website: Home, Menu (with full item listings), About, dedicated food category pages (Kebabs, Halal Snack Packs, Charcoal Chicken), Service Areas, Catering page, Blog, and Contact. The menu is the centrepiece of the site.
03
Online Ordering Integration
We integrated Uber Eats and DoorDash ordering links directly into the website. Customers can browse the menu on the site and order through their preferred delivery platform.
Local SEO
Service area pages target eastern Melbourne suburbs. Food category pages target specific search terms like halal food, charcoal chicken, and kebabs in the Ferntree Gully area.
01
Discovery
We visited the shop, photographed the food, and documented the full menu. We researched competing kebab shops and halal restaurants in the eastern suburbs to identify positioning opportunities.
02
Brand Creation
The gold, brown, and black palette was chosen to evoke the warmth of charcoal cooking. The circular badge logo style is recognisable and works well on signage, packaging, and social media. We produced brand guidelines for consistent use.

03
Website Design
The site was designed around food photography and menu accessibility. Every menu item is listed with descriptions. The catering page was designed to attract corporate and event bookings. Service area pages target delivery zones.
