The Challenge
FitCraft had an established local reputation but no digital presence. Walk-in traffic was their only channel. They were missing customers who searched online for tailoring services, especially brides and grooms looking for wedding attire specialists.
No website meant zero visibility for anyone searching for tailors in Hawthorn or surrounding suburbs.
The wedding attire market is heavily researched online. Without a web presence, they were invisible to brides and grooms planning their weddings.
They had no way to show the range and quality of their work to potential customers before they visited the shop.
Competitors with websites and Google reviews were capturing the online search traffic.

What We Deliver
01
Brand Identity
We built the FitCraft brand around sophistication and craftsmanship. The colour palette centres on warm brown, black, and white. Typography and visual elements project elegance without pretension. The brand feels premium but approachable, matching the experience of visiting the shop.
Website Design & Development
We designed and built a multi-page website: Home, About (30+ years experience story), Services (alterations, wedding attire, repairs, home textiles, corporate uniforms), Gallery (showcasing completed work), Blog, Service Areas, and Contact with booking forms.
03
Visual Showcase
Professional photography sections highlight the quality of their tailoring. The gallery is a key trust-building element for a business where visual proof of skill matters.
Local SEO
Pages optimised for Hawthorn-specific and broader Melbourne tailoring keywords. Service area pages target surrounding suburbs to capture local search traffic.

01
Discovery
We visited the Hawthorn shop, met the master tailor, and understood the full range of services. We photographed the workspace and completed garments. We researched the Melbourne tailoring market online.
02
Brand Development
The warm brown and black palette was selected to reflect the fabrics and materials of tailoring. The clean, elegant logo communicates precision. We created brand guidelines that work across the website, signage, and business cards.

03
Design & Build
The website design uses smooth transitions and generous white space to let the photography stand out. Service pages detail each offering. The wedding attire section was given extra depth to capture the bridal and groom market.
